Food culture and technology.
Growing food is the easy part, but how do we eat it?
Make it stand out.
Human diet is one of our most important cultural technologies. When you think of a region, a historic people, or your own ancestry, you often think of their cuisine.
Why do we grow what we grow? The choice of crops is an important part of husbandry, it’s a decision based on climate, agricultural system and fertility, the technology you employ for harvest and storage, and the downstream of how that food can be consumed in the cultural behavior pattern of the people it’s meant for.
why do we eat what we eat? We are trying to research what we should grow, with non-industrial scale tools, what we can store, with non industrial scale tools, and what culinary preparations to employ to make those ingredients delicious, nutritious and fit into a practical daily life.
This is a much more complicated equation than it may seem but thankfully we have thousands of years of context to build off of. You can read more about our adventures in food culture on our blog under food.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
